                                Ambulance Dispatcher
Duties and responsibility: responsible for all emergency and emergency requests through person to person contact, phones lines and 911 systems. A dispatched function of sorts has always been a feature of both emergency medical service and its predecessor, ambulance service. The information processing, if only to identify the problem and location of the patient, has always been a logical part of the process of call completion.
Salary: $33,000-$36,300
Education: the education and preparation needed to become an emergency medical dispatcher. Emergency dispatchers dispatch emergency response call to police, firefighters and ambulance services.
